Homepage widgets - Images specs

Homepage widgets are the content blocks that appear on your store's web and app homepage — banners, carousels, promotional tiles, and more. Each widget requires images in a specific size and format to display correctly across devices. 

Hero banner

     

Hero banner images must have the following specifications:
  1. Desktop image 
    Format : JPG
    Size : 1440px x 484px
  1. Mobile image
    Format : JPG
    Size : 375px x 469px

NotesImages displayed on the Menu widget come directly from the MENU SECTION (new)
Menu section images are inherited from the menu section.
If any changes have to be done, they must be done directly on the Menu Page.
Format: JPG or PNG
Size: 500x500 px

Coupons (inherited)

 

Notes
Images displayed on the Coupons widget come directly from the Coupon section.
Coupon section images are inherited from the menu section.
If any changes want to be done, they must be done directly on the Coupons Page.
Size: 573 x 300 px

Limited Time Offers (inherited)

Images displayed on the LTOs widget come directly from the Menu.
LTOs information is inherited from the menu configuration.
If any changes want to be done, they must be done directly on the Catalog/Menu page.

Hero banner images must have the following specifications:
  1. Desktop image
Format : PNG with transparent background.
Size : 216px x 172px
  1. Mobile image 
Format : PNG with transparent background
Size : 216px x 172px
Info
Background gradient is a platform default — not configurable per client or module.
Images with transparent background are required so the gradient renders correctly behind the item image.

Promo Tiles 

  
Promo tiles images must have the following specifications:
  1. Desktop image 
Format : JPG or PNG
Size : 375px x 250px (3:2)
  1. Mobile image
Format : JPG or PNG
Size : 288px x 190px (5:4)
