WHAT IS Event-Driven Marketing Campaigns? 

The Event-Driven Marketing Campaigns feature enhances marketing capabilities by allowing customers to create targeted campaigns triggered by specific user events or recurring schedules. Campaigns can deliver customized messages and deep links to segmented user groups, with analytics to track performance, including user interactions and order completion data.

HOW EVENT-DRIVEN MARKETING CAMPAIGN WORK

Before creating your campaign, you need to complete few phases:

  • Create Message Templates: Start by designing your message templates on the 'Messages Creation' page.
  • Set Up Deep Links: Next, create and customize your deep links on the 'Deep Links' page. (Optional but recommended). 
  • Create your Marketing Automated Campaign: Once you've created your message and deep link (if needed), set up your campaign in the 'Marketing Automation' tab and track its performance in the 'Marketing Analytics' tab to measure engagement and results.

  • DASHBOARD CONFIGURATION

    1. Messages Creation Page

    a. Log in to Tictuk.
    b. Go to MAIN ORG, which is the general store that has the entire chain.





    c. Go to the "Message Creation" page and click on "Create New Message Template":


    On this page, you can create and manage reusable message templates that you’ll use for notifications, promotions, and more. 


  • Template Name: Select a clear name for internal use to help you recognize your campaign later.
  • Description:  Enter the description for your campaign - only for internal use. 
  • Push Notification / Send E-Mail - Select how you want to send your message—either as a push notification in the app or as an email and Enter the message for your campaign. This will be visible to all users, so ensure it's clear and includes all essential details.
  • d. Go to the "Deep Links" page and click on "New Link for App & Web":


     Deep links are special URLs that direct users to specific content within your app, such as the home page, coupon, or specific promotion. Here’s how to create and manage them:
    1. Generate a New Deep Link - Click on “Create New Deep Link” to begin. You’ll specify the target content—such as a Home page or coupon.
    2. Customize the Link: Add parameters (e.g., discount codes or product IDs) to make the link more personalized or tailored to your campaign.
    3. Distribute the Link: Once your deep link is ready, you can add it to your marketing campaigns. 

    3. Marketing Automation Page

    e. Go to the "Marketing Automation" page and click on "Create New Campaign":


    This page is where you’ll set up and manage your marketing campaigns after creating the Message and Deep links as needed: 



    * Campaign name - choose clear  name for your campaign. 
    * Campaign Description - For internal use only. Briefly explain the campaign's purpose, target audience and goals like boosting engagement, promoting a specific item, Free Delivery, etc. 


    1. Trigger

      • Event Trigger: Executes the campaign based on a specific user action.

        • The Event Trigger that is available for now is the abandoned cart.

        •  Define an Start Date and End Date for trigger campaigns.

      • Schedule Trigger: Executes the campaign on a recurring schedule. Customers can configure the schedule as:

        • Daily

        • Weekly

        • Monthly

        • Yearly

        • Custom: Example - bi-weekly.

      • Optional - define an End Date for scheduled campaigns.

    2. Segment

      • Define the target audience by setting segmentation rules, such as:

        • Last Engagement

        • Coupon Expiration Date

        • Used Receipt

        • Orders Amount

    3. Action

      • Specify what happens when the campaign is triggered. Actions include:

        • Sending a message (selected from the Messages Templates page).

        • Linking to a deep link (selected from the Deep Links page).

    4. Budget

      • Set up a budget for the campaign:

        • Per Month or

        • For the Entire Campaign.

      • Budget tracking:

        • Every message sent deducts credits from the budget based on the definitions in settings.


    After setting up your campaign, click 'Create' at the bottom right. Your campaign will then appear on the main scree: 



    4. Marketing Analytics Page

    f. Go to the "Marketing Analytics" page 


    The Marketing Analytics Page provides detailed performance data for each campaign, with date filtering options. Key metrics include: page provides you with
    detailed insights into how your marketing efforts are performing. Here’s what you can do:
     

    1. Messages Sent: Number of messages sent to users.

    2. Messages Clicked: Number of messages clicked by users.

    3. Transactions: Number of orders generated from the campaign or deep link.

    4. Revenue: Total revenue generated from the campaign or deep link.

    5. AOV (Average Order Value): Average value of orders generated.

    6. CTR (Click-Through Rate): Percentage of users who clicked a message out of the total who received it.

    7. Conversion Rate: Percentage of users who completed a transaction after interacting with the campaign.
