Event Trigger: Executes the campaign based on a specific user action.
The Event Trigger that is available for now is the abandoned cart.
Define an Start Date and End Date for trigger campaigns.
Schedule Trigger: Executes the campaign on a recurring schedule. Customers can configure the schedule as:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Yearly
Custom: Example - bi-weekly.
Optional - define an End Date for scheduled campaigns.
Segment
Define the target audience by setting segmentation rules, such as:
Last Engagement
Coupon Expiration Date
Used Channel
Orders Amount
Action
Specify what happens when the campaign is triggered. Actions include:
Sending a message (selected from the Messages Templates page).
Messages Sent: Number of messages sent to users.
Messages Clicked: Number of messages clicked by users.
Transactions: Number of orders generated from the campaign or deep link.
Revenue: Total revenue generated from the campaign or deep link.
AOV (Average Order Value): Average value of orders generated.
CTR (Click-Through Rate): Percentage of users who clicked a message out of the total who received it.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of users who completed a transaction after interacting with the campaign.
Please note that there is an 8-hour system limitation between push notifications. For example, if a campaign is sent at 10:00 AM, the next push notification cannot be delivered at 5:00 PM on the same day.
This constraint should be taken into account when planning daily campaign schedules, to ensure that your notifications are spaced accordingly and effectively reach your audience.
