Bulk Price update (variants price)
WAT IS THE BULK PRICE UPDATE TOOL?
This feature enables to update the price of a variant in a selection block across the entire menu without having to edit each block individually.
HOW IT WORKS?
To use this tool, follow these steps:
Go to the relevant selection block and the variant item you'd like to update its price, then click on the spanner icon on the right side.
To ensure you work safely use the available filters that will help you to select the correct item/s.
You can filter your options by:
Section
Parent item of the variant (main item)
order type tags (in case you have a merged merged) filter by Delivery / Pick up/ kiosk menu, etc.
Block (modifier group or selection block where this item is available)
To filter and sort any of these parameters click on the arrow icon:
Select the main items that contain this variation price you want to update .
In case you'd like to edit the price of the variation inside of all items in the list, click the box on the upper left side of the tab.
You can increase, decrease or replace the existing price.
To increase the existing price of selected items by a specific amount, click on the pencil icon on the right side and choose the plus sign, then type in the amount you'd like to increase the price by.
To decrease the existing price of selected items by a specific amount, click on the pencil icon on the right side and choose the minus sign, then type in the amount you'd like to decrease the price by.
To replace the price , make sure tu be set on the pencil icon, type in the desired new price.
1) Once you selected en set the update price type , choose your items by using the available selection filters.
2) Click on the blue check symbol on the top right of the screen , then scroll to the right bottom of the screen click on Apply.
3) Save and Publish your menu updates as usual.
