In-App Ratings & Reviews (Basic Overview)

Should they meet a certain list of criteria (see below) and the feature itself is enabled, users can now leave in-app ratings and reviews. Ratings/reviews are the 1-5 stars and comments seen beneath apps in the App Store or Google Play Store; positive ratings and reviews provide users with social proof that can encourage them to download your app.

Users can leave ratings/reviews if:
  1. They have completed at least one order
  2. They are logged into Google Play or the App Store and have selected their primary account 
  3. The app is updated to a version that supports the pop-up
  4. They haven't already left a review (i.e. they can't leave two reviews)
  5. The user hasn't seen the pop-up recently (period of time may vary)
  6. They haven't declined to review the app
Please note:
  1. In order for users to see the pop-up and leave a rating/review, the feature itself needs to be enabled; please contact your customer success manager at Tictuk for further info
  2. Users won't be prompted to leave further reviews if they've already submitted a review; if users click 'Not Now' when prompted to leave a review, generally speaking, they won't be prompted again for approximately 4 months
